Mette Seidel (cello)

Hello! My name is Mette and I have been a cello teacher at the Music Academy in The Hague since September 2014.
My goal in teaching is to challenge the student and to share the secrets of music with him or her step by step.
I think the cello is the most beautiful instrument and I am looking for everyone else who agrees.

For 10 years, I was cellist of the EnAccord String Quartet. With that ensemble I have given hundreds of concerts in the Netherlands and abroad. We studied with the famous Alban Berg Quartet.
Now I play in the orchestra RBO Sinfonia. My cello is very important to me, and I see it as my vocation to teach young and old everything about music and the cello!

Hope to see you at MDH!
