"Berlage Strijkers"

“De Berlage Strijkers” is our annual string orchestra project for adult violinists, violists, cellists and bassists. This unique project of the Music Academy has become a household name in the The Hague region. The repertoire is varied and is chosen based on the capabilities of the players. This allows 'late starters' and 'returners' to play (learn) together at their own level. It is advisable to prepare your part with individual lessons during the project so as to technically master it. A 10-lesson card can be ordered separately from various teachers for this purpose.

Under the enthusiastic and capable leadership of Imme Tonkes, we enjoy playing together and working towards concerts on January 31st and February 6th.

Rehearsal dates:
Wednesdays: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM - studio 11

November: 3, 12, 19, 26
December: 3, 10, 17
January: 7, 14, 21, 28
February: 4

In total: 12 Wednesday evenings from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday morning, January 31st  try-out concert at the nursing home
Wednesday evening, February ..., dress rehearsal/run-through
Friday, February 6th (evening): Winter concert for adult Music Academy students

Fee:
€ 280,02 excl. VAT for participants under 21
€ 338,82  incl. VAT for participants aged 21 and over
