REGISTRATION – INFORMATION
The Music Academy The Hague is located in the beautiful Berlage-Huis, Raamweg 36, The Hague.
The form can be completed on a computer and can be saved.
Registration via internet is not possible as the form must be signed.

Do you want to register your child for a children’s course?
First enter the details of your child.
Enter the code + day of the Musicland Course.
Then enter the details of the person who will make the payment.

Either enter the code and lesson form, eg: A2 30 min

Before you sign, read our tuition rates and lesson and course conditions
Payment in advance (2 terms) by authorization for automatic debit.
If you decline automatic debit, there will be a € 10,- administration charge per invoice.
New students registering for an instrumental or vocal full year course (A1 thru A7 and B1 & B2) will be charged a one-time registration fee of € 15,-.
DISCOUNTS
Muziekacademie Den Haag accepts the Ooievaarspas (reduction); “Kinderen doen mee” and “Stichting Leergeld” (additional reduction) are also applicable.

Students under 21 years of age do not pay VAT.
Music Academy The Hague will apply all relevant discounts.
The Music Academy The Hague will communicate as much as possible via email with you, and send invoices via email. It is therefore of the utmost importance that you provide us with an email address that is regularly checked by you.
